Alert: Accutane Settlements & Jury Awards Grow

Plaintiffs have won more than $45 million in compensation for Accutane side effects such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.

In 2007, Adam Mason won $7 million after a Florida jury determined drugmaker Roche was responsible for Mason’s developing Crohn’s disease. Of the total award, $5 million was designated compensation for future pain and suffering. Read more here.

    I had a dermatologist want me to get on this drug years ago – I said NO – and dealt with the acne for a few years and found a different solution… taking a drug that if I missed as much as one pill would cause a break out didn’t seem like a solution just a band aid – Super glad I didn’t take it
